Every Woofborhood tee is printed for your order in the USA. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then your package travels with the shipping speed you chose at checkout.
Look up your order
Enter your order number (it looks like #WBH1001) and the email you used at checkout. You'll see your order's status and, once it ships, where your package is.
Find your tracking link
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. It goes to the email you used at checkout, so check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Sign in with the email you used at checkout. No password needed: we send you a 6-digit code, and you'll see every order with its status and tracking. Sign in to see my orders
How long it takes
- Economy: 5–8 business days in transit, about 7–13 business days in total
- Ground: 3–5 business days in transit, about 5–10 business days in total
- 2-Day: 2 business days in transit, about 4–7 business days in total
- Overnight: next business day in transit, about 3–6 business days in total
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The holiday season adds a few days.
Tracking hasn't moved?
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email support@woofborhood.com with your order number (it looks like #WBH1001). We'll open a case with the carrier and reship or refund your order, shipping included.
