In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Million Rays L.L.C.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Because every item is printed to order, an order can usually only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax — the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is charged separately and depends on the delivery speed you choose and the size of your cart; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown to you at checkout.

Product descriptions and colour

We do our best to show our products accurately. Our tees are garment-dyed, which means colour varies slightly between production batches, and every screen displays colour differently. Small variation is a characteristic of this garment, not a defect.

Personalized products

If you submit a name or other text to be printed, you are responsible for its spelling and accuracy, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We print exactly what you submit. We may decline to print content that is offensive, or that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photographs and the Woofborhood name and logo are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: items are printed to order, so we replace anything defective free of charge and do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
