The design

A smooth red dachshund peeks over the fluffy white cuff of a red snowflake stocking that hangs from a wooden mantel and just keeps going, piling up on the floor where a little hole lets the tail wag free. A normal-size stocking hangs beside it for scale, with a sprig of holly and a wrapped present to finish the scene, all painted in warm, storybook gouache. Santa, I’m Gonna Need runs across the top, with a Longer STOCKING below in classic serif letters: cream on Black, Blue Jean and Pepper, deep red on Ivory and Sandstone, so it reads clearly on every shirt color.
