Sizing

What size should I order?
Our tees are the Comfort Colors 1717 — a relaxed, roomy unisex cut that runs about one size roomier than a standard fitted tee. Order your usual size; size down if you like it closer to the body, size up for the oversized look. The size guide has the actual measurements in inches and cm.

Is it unisex?
Yes. It is a classic straight-cut adult tee, not a slim fit.

What if it doesn't fit?
Because every shirt is printed to order, we can't take it back or swap it. What we do instead: email us within 30 days and we'll print the correct size at 50% off, shipped at our expense. Keep the first one — pass it on to a friend with a dog. Spending thirty seconds on the size guide first is the way to avoid this entirely.

How much is shipping?
You choose the speed at checkout. Rates start at:

Economy — from $4.99
Ground — from $12.99
2-Day — from $23.99
Overnight — from $27.00

The rate steps up slightly on bigger carts because bigger parcels cost more to move — the exact amount for your cart is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States only.

How long will it take?
Every tee is printed for your order first, which takes 2–5 business days. Then it travels:

Economy — about 7–13 business days in total
Ground — about 5–10 business days
2-Day — about 4–7 business days
Overnight — about 3–6 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates — if yours is running late we'll email you before you have to ask.

If I pay for Overnight, does it arrive tomorrow?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. Overnight buys a faster journey, not a faster shirt. Your tee still has to be printed first (2–5 business days); Overnight means it flies the moment it's finished instead of going by road.

Why does printing take a few days?
Because your shirt does not exist until you order it. We print each one to order, which is why we can offer designs you will not find in a big-box store — and why it is not a same-day shipment.

Where do you ship?
Currently within the United States.

Where is my order?
You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. If tracking has not moved in 7 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Returns and changes

Can I change or cancel my order?
Usually yes, within 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production. Email us with your order number.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we will print you a new one free, shipped at our expense. You do not need to mail anything back. If you'd rather have a refund than a replacement, just say so — we refund what you paid for the item and the shipping.

Do you accept returns?
Not for change of mind or sizing — every shirt is made for your order, so there is nothing to restock. Anything defective, damaged or wrong is replaced free. Full details in our refund policy.

The product

What shirt do you print on?
Comfort Colors 1717 — heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed, no blends anywhere in the line.

Why does the color look slightly different from the photo?
Garment-dyed fabric varies a little from batch to batch, and every screen shows color differently. Small variation is a feature of this shirt, not a fault.

Will the print crack or peel?
Not if you follow the care instructions. Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low.

Do you do custom designs?
Not right now — every design in the shop is our own, and we're not taking custom or personalized orders yet. If there's a design you'd love to see, email us. A lot of our ideas start that way.
